IT and Soft Skills Workshops

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your IT Skills? In conjunction with Crystal Clear Training we are offering a number of invaluable short IT and soft skills workshops, on various evenings throughout the month.

Silver Surfers

Silver Surfers is back! Our computer club, subsidised by our UK Online grant, helps over 50's to get online and improve their overall IT literacy.

The course will have an informal atmosphere. Students can bring their own projects to work on and get advice, or topics can be provided including using Word to write, format and print documents, saving to disc, internet searching, and setting up an email account to send and receive emails.

Sessions run weekly, Tuesday for beginners 10:00-12:00 or Wednesdays for intermediate, 10:30-12:30. Membership of the club includes full internet access, and access to a qualified tutor.
